Dr.
Treacy is on the Specialist Register in Ireland and holds a H.Dip in Dermatology and a BTEC in Laser technology and skin resurfacing. He is Irish Regional Representative of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors and practices cosmetic medicine in his clinics in Dublin, Cork, London and the Middle East. He was the first person to introduce Contour Threads to Irish patients. He was amongst the first doctors worldwide to use the
permanent facial endoprosthesis BioAlcamid for HIV/HAART patients. Dr. Treacy
is an advanced Botox, Dysport and Dermal filler trainer and regularly holds courses for docotors and nurses from around the world. He is also a renowned international guest speaker and lectures overseas
on many cosmetic medicine issues ranging from fibroblast transplants to the growing application of radiosurgery

years World Aesthetic Conference in Moscow and was the only Iirsh doctor invited to speak at the International Dermatological Society meeting when it was held in Irleand. He is recognised as an expert on Botox having being amongst the first doctors to use it for sweating (Australia 1998) and his five
part lecture series about the new uses of Botunilum toxin

He won "Professional Journalist of the Year" in 2003 for his award winning column "Tthe Cutting Edge" published weekly in the Irish Medical Times. His lecture series on minor surgery was published
in Modern Medicine of Ireland and concurrently
on www.minorsurgery.net, of which he is the editor. Dr. Treacy is a cosmetic columnist with Ireland's Rejuvenate Cosmetic Surgery Magazine, Health & Living Magazine (www.hlaw.ie) as well as the UK Aesthetic Medicine and MediSpa Destinations Magazines. Dr. Treacy is regularly invited to speak about Cosmetic Medicine on Irish breakfast television (TV3), RTE TV and Discovery Health and has been an expert panelist with the BBC World Services on many occasions.(See videos on homepage)
Dr. Treacy has worked in his profession
around the world including Ireland, the United States, Australia, NZ, United
Kingdom, South Africa, Gibraltar, and Iraq. He has assisted in many third world projects. His travel tales from these regions have been published and may be seen under (www.patricktreacy.net). He was amongst hte founder members of the field of medical aesthetics, originally practicing in Australia in the late ninties and loves
every moment of his work.
