Clinic wins award

The Ailesbury Clinic, Dublin has been again selected as a finalist in the Aesthetic Medicine Awards 2009. The event will take place on Feb 9th 2009 at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington. The Ailesbury Clinic is again the only Irish Clinic to have been honoured in this way as it was a runner up in last years event.
The Aesthetic Awards are designed to reward outstanding achievement by members in the Aesthetics industry. THe Ailesbury Clinic received the ultimate Irish accolade when it was awarded 'Best Medical Practice in Ireland' at the 2005 Irish Healthcare Pharmaceutical Awards.
The awards, then in their fourth year, recognised the need for partnership, innovation and excellence among all the major players in the Irish Healthcare Industry.
They also rewarded individual doctors whose research
helped improve the delivery of services or set a blueprint
for the health services of the future.
The IHPA Awards took place at a glittering
reception in the Berkeley Court, last night, attended by over
200 senior members of the pharmaceutical and medical professions.
The Ailesbury Clinic opened in Dublin 2002
and a second clinic is shortly to open in Cork.

BSc. (Hons) is
a world-renowned exponent in all areas of cosmetic dermatology
and minor surgical procedures. Qualified originally at the Royal
College of Surgeons in Dublin, Dr Treacy introduced Isologen
Fibroblast therapy to Ireland and is innovatory and passionate
about his work.
Receiving the award on behalf of the clinic
Dr. Treacy commented:
"I am thrilled that the work we do has
been recognised in this way. Considering that the Ailesbury
has only been open for a very short time it is an amazing achievement.
I am delighted to accept the award on behalf of my dedicated
team who make the Ailesbury Clinic what it is."
